Simple, Creamy Caesar Salad Dressing | How to Make Caesar Salad Dressing at Home | Easy Cesar Salad

Updated: Aug 2

I love Caesar Salad (Cesar Salad) as does my whole family! I mean we can eat it for days without getting bored!!

But finding a good dressing here in the UK was tough, so I made one and we love it! Today, I'm sharing this recipe with you so you can enjoy it too!

To make it healthier, you can substitute some Greek Yoghurt for the Mayonnaise and it will still taste great! ENJOY!!

Caesar Salad (Cesar Salad) Dressing Recipe Cooking Time: 5 Minutes (Approx)

Serves 3-4 People

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Cup Mayonnaise (or 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise and 1/2 Cup Greek Yoghurt for a healthier version)

  • 1 Large OR 2 Small Garlic Cloves, Crushed

  • 1 tsp Dijon Mustard

  • 1 TBSPN Worcestershire Sauce (Lee & Perrin's)

  • 2 TBSP Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice (ONLY use Fresh)

  • 1/4 tsp Salt

  • Some Freshly Ground Black Pepper

  • 1/4 Cup Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese

  • 1 tsp Anchovy Paste (optional)

METHOD

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl using a whisk. Let the dressing rest in the fridge for at least 10 minutes so that the flavours can meld together.

Meanwhile, prepare your romaine lettuce buy washing, drying and tearing it into bitesize pieces.

Place the lettuce in a bowl. Add as much dressing as you like and toss.

Add some grated parmesan cheese and freshly ground pepper and toss again.

If you like, you can add some grilled chicken, sliced pickled pepperoncini (pickled green peppers) and croutons too! ENJOY!!
