My mother-in-law taught me this easy and delicious fresh tomato chutney recipe and I'm very happy to share it with you all today. It's easy to make and goes really well with all types of fried food. Enjoy!
Fresh Tomato Chutney Recipe Prep Time: 10 minutes (Approx)
Makes 1/3 Cup
1 Medium, Ripe Tomato Cubed (110g)
1 TBSP Chopped Coriander
1 -2 Green Chilies, Chopped
1/ 2 tsp Salt
3/4 tsp Cumin Powder (coarse)
1-2 TBSP Ketchup
Cut the tomato into chunks.
Chop the green chilli into small pieces.
Then put all the ingredients, except the ketchup, into a chopper.
Pulse until it's coarse in texture.
Then add the ketchup. You want just enough to hold it together.
Taste and adjust seasonings.
Enjoy with hot bhajia.
